I really had a great time in your hotel. Especially the kindness of all the people who work in the hotel was very welcome and because of that it feels less lonely while I was on my own. Also the help from the receptionists was very warm and nothing was too much for them. Everything was perfect and next time I certainly book this hotel again. I have nothing to complain at all. Keep on going in this way and you will give a lot of pleasure to your customers.

Yellow Bird was lovely
Well what can i say? Yellow Bird was lovely - the fact that it was friendly people who looked after you and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be back - I have already looked for next year! Three cheers for Yellow Bird from yourself to reception, bar, cleaning and groundsman. Please tell Rosalind Marcey misses her friendly chat in the morning hope to see you all soon with more of my family next time!

I have been impressed with the top notch provision of care, management, and attention to detail shared by all members of the Yellow Bird staff.
From my first enquiry through to now, I have been impressed with the top notch provision of care, management, and attention to detail shared by all members of the Yellow Bird staff. The result is that a guest such as myself is treated as an individual not a 'room number', and so has a genuinely comfortable and relaxing time in an environment which is truly delightful.
All members of staff I met at the Yellow Bird have a great sense of humour- laughter is spontaneously generated through innate cheerfulness.
On my survey form I mentioned Sonia, for example, who was really unassumingly friendly while completing her duties to a very high standard. A friendly smile and personal greeting are always there. I also mentioned both Monique and Michelle on my survey form - they too are thoroughly professional in their approach whilst maintaining a personal rapport with each guest. They are all so positive and good humoured, and knowlegeable. I felt welcome and valued throughout my stay. As Geeta said at the cocktail party, the ethos of the hotel is to welcome each person as a guest who leaves as a friend. I along with others who were staying at the same time will look forward to returning to stay at the Yellow Bird.
I found the room in which I was staying clean and well appointed. The bed for instance was really comfortable and everything for self-catering was provided by way of utensils and so on. The hotel style combined with the lively nature of the immediate environment, and always the gentle sound of the wave wash provides an excellent, rich context which encapsulates so much of Barbados.

The Hotel Lived Up To My Expectations
I arrived right at home, and say that I really enjoyed my stay at Yellow Bird Hotel.
The hotel lived up to my expectations, matching at all with the photos that were on the internet.
All staff received us very well (especially Monique), and even made me a great kindness to decorate the room on my arrival for honeymoon.
The only suggestion I make, is that you have in the room the hang notice on the door saying "do not disturb".
I hope to return to Barbados, and also the Yellow Bird Hotel.
