This is a major event on Barbados' horticultural calendar.

The event is under the patronage of His Excellency Sir Elliott Belgrave, Governor General of Barbados.

Hosted by the Barbados Horticultural Society (BHS), there are scores of competitive exhibits on display as well as exhibits from societies affiliated to the BHS.  These include the Barbados Flower Arranging Society, Bonsai Barbados and the Barbados Cactus and Succulent Society, 

There is a large variety of plants on sale and other local vendors with pots, craft, preserves and jewellery for sale.  

At intervals during the show plant demonstrations or presentations are done on a number of horticultural topics for anyone who is interested. 

Refreshments and snacks are on sale and Tea is served from 2:00 pm onward. 

The prize giving function will be at 4:00 pm on Sun Jan 27.
